Judge Bailey Jr. is an Instructional Designer at the Studio. As an Instructional Designer at North Park University, Judge is no stranger to collaborating with faculty to develop online and hybrid courses for graduate and undergraduate programs. Judge has the expert knowledge and experience to apply the Quality Matters higher education QM course design standards rubric. Judge is passionate about learning and designing meaningful education that provides the best learning experience and outcome. He believes learning can occur daily, but you must pay attention as it is the first step in the learning process and should never end.

Judge enjoys exercising, sightseeing, traveling, and dining. He earned his M.A. in Training & Development at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL with a credential in E-learning and Instructional Design. He also earned a B.S. with Honors in Technical Management from DeVry University.
